The Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? Do you have the skills and experience to support and inspire young learners? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our vibrant and supportive team.


We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who:

  • Meets Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience 
  • Has Experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proactive, flexible, and committed to inclusive education.
  • Has a genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.

Actual Salary £20,870 - £23,166 per annum Term Time Only plus 5 INSET Days
