You will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping inclusive practices, supporting students with SEND and leading staff in delivering tailored learning experiences.

We are looking for someone who will:
· Have experience of having worked in, a successful school previously.
· Have expert knowledge of the SEND code of practice and EHCP processes.
· Have the ambition, drive, and determination of an excellent leader.
· Have high quality teaching skills.
· Be able to articulate and share a vision of primary education within the aims and values of Gorton Primary School
· Have the knowledge of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and strategies for raising standards and the achievement of all pupils.
· Understand and commit to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils and staff.
· Ability to build and maintain good relationships.
