The Role

Gorton Primary School are looking for an exceptional, resilient, and inspiring leader that has the flair to bring to life enjoyment, creativity, commitment and achievement for the children and communities of the school who can build on our existing success.

 

You will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping inclusive practices, supporting students with SEND and leading staff in delivering tailored learning experiences.

We are looking for someone who will:

 

·        Have experience of having worked in, a successful school previously.

·        Have expert knowledge of the SEND code of practice and EHCP processes.

·        Have the ambition, drive, and determination of an excellent leader.

·        Have high quality teaching skills.

·        Be able to articulate and share a vision of primary education within the aims and values of Gorton Primary School

·        Have the knowledge of what constitutes quality in educational provision, the characteristics of effective schools and strategies for raising standards and the achievement of all pupils.

·        Understand and commit to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all pupils and staff.

·        Ability to build and maintain good relationships.
