The Role

St Augustine's CE Primary School is part of Vantage CE Academies Trust which was set up in 2012 and is one of 10 schools across Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Bolton and Knowsley. It is a place of learning where all are inspired to achieve together.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Learning Mentor who has:

  • Have the ability to engage constructively with, and build working relationships with, a wide range of young people and their families
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team with teaching staff and outside agencies
  • Have the experience of supporting students with mental health, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Have a willingness to manage your own time effectively, work flexibly and use their own initiative

Actual salary £29,307 per annum TTO + 10 Days
